23 yr. old Yvan from Baguio takes after his father who was a jazz musician. At the young age of 20, he got married and became a father. Not having completed a college degree, Yvan turned to music as a source of living. He is a vocalist of a band who performs three times a week in a bar in Baguio.

shocking indeed. The "yeng" we knew as a sweet young girl, turned out to be a brat, rude monster.
well, She used to be one of my favorite scholar then. She's talented, of course. Has made us all believe that she's young and innocent.
But maybe because of the fame that she's experiencing now made her change. I guess it got into her head very soon. Never did i magine that she could yell at Rosita. calling her "ate" while shouting at her. she didn't even gave rosita a chance to talk and later on made rosita cry!!!
very shocking? yes it is!
I was very disgusted with her!
behind those "pa-innocent" image lies a "big bad wolf"
What more will she become if she stay long in the industry!

PDA's dream night
hopefully on the grandfinals, PDA staff will change the rules. Text voting will not guarantee that the winner is the right choice. To make it more realistic, why not give a percentage to the judges decision and the teachers as well..
Yeng got the crowds votes. If textvoting will still be the basis well the grandfinals will be very predictable as this early. why not declare yeng as the winner so the other scholars will not have false hopes, that is they're given a fair game.
but if you'll consider your smart viewers suggestion, then disregard the above statement.

Grabeng disappointing ang nangyari kanina! Kung sinong magaling eh sya ang na-expell! Kung kantahan ang pag-uusapan, walang binatbat sina Irish, Ronnie at Chad kay Yvan! Hindi ako fan ni Yvan pero kahit papaano eh alam kong mag-appreciate ng may "real" talent kaya dapat nga eh nasa top 3 si Yvan or better yet eh sya dapat ang grand winner. Mukhang nanghinayang din yung mga teachers na nanood kasi umiyak sila ng matanggal sya . . . panu ba naman eh sya ang pinaka-talented among the scholars.

Well we know for sa fact that C YVAN dapat ang manlo. PDA is not fair in terms of selecting the grandwinner. I thought this is sa talent search but it turned out to be popularity search.
